What forms of payment do you accept?

Yes. We’ve partnered with Peach Payments, a trusted, fully certified payment provider that protects every transaction with bank-level encryption.

Orders & Preorders

Why do you use preorders instead of regular stock?

We produce in small, intentional batches to maintain quality and avoid waste.

Preorders allow you to secure your size before it sells out, while we craft your piece with care.

You’ll receive email updates at every step from production to shipping.

When will my preorder ship?

Your piece will ship within 3–4 weeks after your order is confirmed.

We’ll keep you updated by email as your item moves from tailoring to packaging to delivery.

Can I cancel my preorder?

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

After that window, production begins — but you can exchange or request store credit once your order arrives

What happens if my size sells out during preorder?

Once a size sells out, it won’t restock until the next production run.

You can join the email list to be notified the moment it restock.

How do I know which size to choose?

Each piece is tailored for structure and comfort.

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort while maintaining shape.

What makes Blakswan different from other brands?

How do I care for my pieces?

We recommend gentle dry cleaning or hand wash in cold water for longevity.

Do not tumble dry. Steam on low heat to maintain structure and shape.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times appear at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

You can also track your order anytime through the “Track My Order” link in your confirmation email.

Can I exchange my size if it doesn’t fit?

Yes. You can request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your item.

We offer easy prepaid return labels within the U.S.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us immediately at hey@blakswan.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll prioritize replacements or full credit as quickly as possible.
